Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Please note that items purchased from hairlynbygrace.com must be returned to hairlynbygrace.com. They cannot be returned to any other authorized retailer. Please note: Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of Hairlyn’s Terms and Conditions.
